Sending Mail

Here's my address for my site in Nacuxa. It is the address for the Peace Corps office in the capital, which is  about 3 hours away from my site.

I've heard if you write religious sayings on the outside it is less likely to be tampered with or have items stolen. Also if you send packages and have to declare how much the items are worth don't say over $5 and write things like school supplies and books. 

Some ideas for Care Packages:

-Anything you send I will LOVE! 

-Flavor water packets (any flavor--I can't have too many of these) 

-Just add water rice/pasta packets
-Just add water muffin mixes
-Tortillas
-Granola Bars

-Pictures of friends/family

-Letters

-American junk food/sweets (jolly ranchers, peanut butter m&ms!, etc)

-Magazines

-Crayons/Stickers for the crianças to play with
