Sorry it's been a few weeks since my last post about getting ready for English Theater. The competition went well and Nacuxa won first place and one of our girls won Best Actress! All their hard-work and practicing really paid off. They were so happy! We were able to go celebrate at the beach and then when we got back to Nacuxa we drove around the school dancing and singing in the car. It's safe to say everyone in our town knows we won. :)
I'm so proud of all of them and know they are going to do a great job again next year! Here are some pictures of my counterpart and our English Theater group.

Way to go, Maggie and Company! Do they do this competition every year? If so, have they ever won first before? A day at the beach sounds like a good time to me! Congratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!! Yeah this is a yearly competition and last year was their first year but they didn't place. So they were very excited!
